I skim through the IIH to see whats ahead fir me and i came to the levitation section. In there Bardon wrote that the second method for levitating and repelling is by heavily loading the body with magnetic. We could perform the opposite by loading the electricity.
But wouldn't exposure of electro-magnetic cause health issues like cancer?

Lol it's not the same as the physical kind of electromagnetism, those are just the words used by Westerners, in the East it would be condensing Yin fluid. You see

Right, personally I find it easier to think passive and active instead of magnetic and electric, but you have the correct idea.
However it is also true that a major imbalance can still cause physical problems, so you have to remember to bring it back to normal levels when you have finished the exercise.
Also though, if you are willing to spend more time, you can build up a resistance to large amounts of either type by holding onto smaller amounts for a specific period before returning to a normal/neutral state.
I know Bardon goes over building resistance, but cannot remember when/where he says it. Guess that means I need to read through it all again also.
