I was meditating one night and decided i would try that step in IIH where you (in your visualization) live as something else. I decided to first live as a cat, i then progressed to living as my younger sister. Anyways, My dad came home later and got angry cause for whatever reason he thought we had gotten into his pop. In my head i was saying "we didn't get into your pop" seconds later my sister says this exact same thing. I thought that was pretty neat, of course i understand that sounds like the normal response someone would give. But if you know anything about my family we always say "it wasn't me" when he accuses us of anything, lol. There are other occasions this occurred, though not to good with their memory this was just the one i can remember.

That's cool, I've tried that visualization technique on lots of things, it's always interesting, for some reason though insects always give me a massive headache when I try it on them though.

I yelled at a spider once, lol. I told it to come out so i could kill it and it just walked/crawled right out. I can't stand spiders! Maybe because your putting the same amount of concentration into a smaller being? meaning your stuffing more (or the same amount) of your self into a container which can not really hold it all. Cramping your consciousness into a confined space is what i'm trying to get at, lol.
I kept tensing up when i did the visualizations, on one occasion i actually started to get a cramp i believe.

lol, I dislike spiders also, although I hate ants more.
While I do agree that consciousness can overwhelm simpler beings, I don't think size has anything to do with it.
Everything has infinite size. If you divide 1 by 2 you get .5, divide that by 2 you get .25, you can divide the results by 2 forever but never reach absolute zero and size is the same way.
I think it is the perception of the bugs in contrast to the perception of yourself that causes your spirit to overwhelm theirs.

Sounds more likely, thankfully though it's winter so i don't have to worry about bugs for now. lol.
Was like 2 degrees outside last time i checked might have even dropped below zero at one point.
