I have seen on other forums that while members were going through the steps of IIH they shared their experiences and gave pointers to others who were experiencing difficullty. Maybe we could do something similar and help each other. Just a Thought to try to pick up the activity here. I myself am having trouble with my thought control so if anyone who has a handle on it could give any advice i would greatly apprieciate it. Thanks ahead of time.

Here, Sit in your meditive pose and close your eyes. Say in your mind 10 times "I am training my mind". Then count from 100 to 0 slowly at a nice even pace in your mind. And then imagine yourself sitting in complete nothingness, and finally go to the situation you want to be in. (Like yourself using telekinesis.) Get a feel for the situation and when your done have something happen to draw you back to the nothingness and then your all done. This is what i use to meditate.
Keep in mind that some random thoughts may pop up from time to time, the key is just keep doing what you were doing. Act like they never occured dont ignore them dont respond just keep on doing what you were doing.
